From the Classroom to the Courtroom

Thirty years of teaching elementary and middle school students will sharpen a particular set of skills: patience, clear communication, the ability to explain complex things simply, and a genuine investment in the people in front of you. Paige Cox brought all of it with her when she joined MPG Trial Law.


As Firm Administrator and Settlement Paralegal, Paige is often the first point of contact for clients navigating an unfamiliar and stressful process. She takes that responsibility seriously. Her background in education means she knows how to meet people where they are — and her commitment to strong client relationships means she stays engaged from intake through resolution.



Paige approaches every case with the same goal: make sure clients feel supported, informed, and confident that the team working on their behalf is doing everything possible to get them the best result.

What She Does at MPG

Paige manages firm operations and plays a direct role in the settlement process for clients — coordinating across every stage of a case to keep things moving and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Her reputation for prompt, professional communication is one of the reasons clients consistently describe MPG as a firm that actually responds.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys time with family, traveling with friends, catching live sporting events, and spending time with her Australian Shepherd, Buddy.
