A Path Built Around Justice

Mary Paige Gray's connection to justice started in middle school, when her grandmother gave her a collection of poems on equality and the pursuit of what's right. That gift became a compass. Everything since — her education, her career choices, the firm she built — traces back to that early sense of purpose.


Mary Paige grew up in Cedartown, Georgia and now calls Villa Rica home. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in Women's Studies and Environmental Law. Before law school, she spent time in Human Resources — experience that gave her practical insight into workplace dynamics that she now applies directly to employment discrimination cases.



She went on to attend Georgia State University College of Law, where she didn't wait for graduation to start doing the work. During law school, she held positions at the State Bar of Georgia and a leading Atlanta employment law firm, and volunteered her time providing legal assistance to indigent clients at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society and with Hands On Atlanta.

What She Does at MPG

Mary Paige founded MPG Trial Law on the belief that clients facing injury, harassment, and discrimination deserve an attorney who listens, communicates directly, and goes to trial when the situation calls for it. She specializes in personal injury litigation, Title IX campus sexual harassment and assault matters, and employment discrimination — practice areas that overlap in real life more often than most firms acknowledge.



She takes the attorney-client relationship seriously in a specific way: she believes it is the foundation of effective representation, not a byproduct of it. Clients who work with Mary Paige consistently note her responsiveness and her ability to make people feel genuinely heard — not processed.

Beyond The Office

When she's not working, Mary Paige spends time with her husband — an autism education professional — on the tennis court, and competing in the American Poolplayers Association. She remains connected to the community values that shaped her path and brings that same grounded sensibility to every client relationship.
